Simon’s Savoury Pies

Thaw pie in refrigerator overnight.

Pre-heat oven to 350°F (177ºC), Convection oven to 320ºF (160ºC)

If required, remove plastic wrapping. Leave pie in foil container.

Place pie in foil on baking sheet on middle rack of oven.

Thawed & Refrigerated

Single serving pie: 15 – 20 minutes

Full/Meal serving pie: 20 – 30 minutes


Single serving pie:  30 – 40 minutes

Full/Meal serving pie:  45 – 60 minutes

If crust is over-browning, place a piece of foil on top of the pie.

*internal temperature of pie should be 160ºF
